GUIDELINES
- for deep conditioning: apply to clean wet hair, comb through, and let sit for up to 10 minutes, while showering
- for daily conditioning: apply to clean wet hair and rinse immediately
- to use in place of shampoo: rinse hair thoroughly and apply a generous amount to wet hair, massaging it thoroughly into scalp, then hair, adding additional water as needed for thorough distribution, comb through and let sit for for 5 to 10 minutes while showering, then rinse with warm water
